Effective Date: August 15, 2026. By installing, activating, or interacting with the Halanoi Focus Guard Chrome extension, you agree to the autonomous enforcement conditions set forth herein.
AI Judge Finality
Verdicts rendered by the Gemini AI Courtroom during appeal sessions are autonomous and executed instantly within your browser runtime.
Local Autonomous Scope
Halanoi acts solely within the browser environment you grant it access to. It does not alter your operating system or external network adapters.
Strike Accountability
Frivolous appeals accumulate penalty strikes (up to 5 strikes). At maximum strikes, emergency bypasses are locked until session completion.
01.Acceptance & Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Halanoi Focus Guard and all associated services, including the web dashboard, appeal tribunal, and focus management tools. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the extension from Chrome.
02.Autonomous Interception & Enforcement Rules
Halanoi is designed to actively interrupt dopamine auto-pilot behavior. By activating focus sessions, you explicitly authorize Halanoi to:
- Redirect tabs matching your blocked domain list to the quarantine portal (`/blocked`).
- Blur YouTube home recommendations and video players when titles deviate from your study goal.
- Enforce strict session countdown timers until time expires or an authorized AI bypass is granted.
03.AI Courtroom Adjudication Guidelines
When submitting justifications to the AI Judge, you agree to:
Only submit justifications representing legitimate work emergencies, client requirements, or verified educational needs.
Accept strike penalties when frivolous justifications (e.g. casual scrolling, meme consumption) are rejected by the tribunal.
04.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Halanoi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Halanoi shall not be held liable for any missed notifications, blocked web access during critical tasks, or user-configured restrictions. You can disable the extension at any time via `chrome://extensions`.
05.Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to refine interception algorithms, AI Judge decision models, and feature tiers. Any substantial amendments to these terms will be reflected on this page.
